More fruit, tighter routes

A faster co-op puzzle built from ice and timing

Bad Ice-Cream 2 expands the same fruit-collection challenge with fresh rooms, more obstacles, and more chances for a rushed wall to split the team.

The co-op advantage comes from timing. A player who waits near a junction can turn a temporary opening into a safe escape while the other finishes a risky collection run.

Core mechanics: open and close lanes deliberately

Ice can seal a corridor against enemies or turn an open room into a safer pocket. It also changes where both players can move, so communicate before placing a block near a junction.

New layouts reward route planning over speed. Read the fruit clusters first, decide which player can cover each side, and keep a return path ready before the enemy patrol reaches the middle.

  • Reserve one central lane as a recovery route.
  • Use short walls to redirect an enemy instead of sealing every corridor.
  • Collect isolated fruit while your teammate holds the safer half of the room.

New-player strategy: finish one zone at a time

Divide the room into zones and clear one before crossing to the next. This limits backtracking and prevents the two players from making conflicting changes to the same walls.

If a plan stops working, remove only the ice that blocks your recovery lane. Rebuilding the whole room usually gives enemies more space than you need.

Controls and co-op setup

Choose the player count in the embedded game, then use its on-screen key guide. Check both player bindings before starting so neither player blocks the other at the first junction.

Treat every new ice wall as a promise to reopen the route later. Keep a lane available for the player carrying the last hard-to-reach fruit.

Common questions

Is Bad Ice-Cream 2 a different game from the first one?

It keeps the ice-wall and fruit-collection loop while offering different rooms and obstacle patterns, so the same co-op habits remain useful.

Why should we leave a central corridor open?

It gives both players a recovery path when an enemy changes direction or a fruit route turns out to be unsafe.
