Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Fireboy & Watergirl (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit content through it.

The Site is a directory that helps visitors discover browser-based games. It is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and game discovery.

Third-party games and links

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, remove, or restrict access to any part of the Site, a listing, or a feature when reasonably necessary. We may revise these terms as the Site changes. The updated date at the top identifies the latest version, and continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
